概述

通过镜像部署 Nutanix CE 版登录社区账号时，提示 Unknown host, could not reach NEXT server. Please configure name server 通过 ping 8.8.8.8 网络也是可达的，证明网络没有问题，查了一下 KB，得知是 DNS 地址的缘故，这里记录一下解决过程。

解决过程

登录到 CVM 上，使用如下命令新增加 DNS 地址 8.8.8.8

ncli cluster add-to-name-servers servers=8.8.8.8

如图所示

至此，应该就可以正常登录 Prism 了

账号权限

但如果账号没有权限，则会提示 Your .NEXT account does not have the required Community Edition. role. Please request the role from your Nutanix contact or on the .NEXT forum.

这个时候就需要发邮件申请了
